WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the engineering department while fostering intentional collaboration company wide.
Own the systems and guardrails that support shipping quickly and confidently.
Identify opportunities to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and bring forward smart solutions.
Stay close to the work: dive into the code and maintain a clear view of every workstream.
Set meaningful metrics and goals that drive productivity and measurable impact.
Maintain consistency with 1:1s and team rituals while guiding the team through high-impact decisions and new opportunities as we evolve.
