We are looking for a Personal Banker to join our team.

Schedule:
Operating Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Preferred Availability:
Mon - Fri: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
**Rotating Saturdays

Day-to-Day:
  • Develop and enhance relationships through providing prompt, courteous customer service.
  • Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Expand your knowledge base through cross-training on all retail areas, services and products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts and consumer loans.
  • Resolve questions and concerns efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
  • Support branch goals through quality customer service, teamwork, and proactive customer engagement.
  • Ensure bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security standards are met.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communication and problem-solve.
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail and is well organized.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable using computers and banking systems.
  • Previous customer service, cash handling, or sales experience preferred.
  • No banking experience required!
