Registered Nurse Private Duty in Cookeville, Tennessee at Cookeville Regional Medical Center

This Home Health RN is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients of the home health agency they will assess, treat and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process, and coordinate care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associates Degree required with Bachelors preferred.

Experience in home health preferred or one year of hospital experience.

Valid TN nursing license and driver's license required.

BLS required upon hire or during orientation.
