Description:

The Program Integrator will support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects and functional areas. This position will work closely with the Government Blue List Program Manager, Contracting Officer’s Representatives, Government Team Leads, the Contractor Program Manager, contractor personnel, and external stakeholders to ensure assigned projects are aligned with Government priorities and program objectives.

The Program Integrator will not be responsible for overall contract management and will not serve as the contractor’s primary point of contact with the Government unless specifically delegated by the Contractor Program Manager. The role is focused on project integration, stakeholder coordination, schedule tracking, risk identification, action item management, documentation, and program execution support.

The ideal candidate will bring strong defense program support experience, project management discipline, stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced Government program office supporting emerging technology, unmanned systems, cybersecurity, acquisition, and cross-functional Blue List Program activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Integration & Project Coordination
  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects and functional areas.
  • Coordinate with the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, Contractor Program Manager, contractor personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Support successful execution of assigned projects, workstreams, and functional areas.
  • Help align project activities, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables with Government priorities.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Government, contractor, and external partner teams.
  • Maintain awareness of project dependencies, stakeholder actions, schedule drivers, and mission impacts.
Implementation Planning & Process Support
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders to develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations.
  • Support continued improvement and growth of the Blue List Program.
  • Assist in defining project objectives, workstream structure, milestone sequencing, and coordination requirements.
  • Support development of practical recommendations to improve program execution, communication flow, project tracking, and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify process gaps and support implementation of improved management practices, documentation methods, and reporting approaches.
Schedule, Milestone & Action Tracking
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and other management artifacts.
  • Track progress against assigned project goals and functional area objectives.
  • Maintain project trackers, action item logs, milestone schedules, issue logs, and other programmatic records.
  • Monitor assigned projects for schedule concerns, resource constraints, unresolved actions, and dependency risks.
  • Provide timely updates to the Government Blue List Program Manager and Contractor Program Manager, as appropriate.
Risk, Issue & Process Improvement Support
  • Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement affecting assigned projects or functional areas.
  • Provide recommendations to support risk mitigation, issue resolution, and improved program performance.
  • Support development and maintenance of risk matrices, issue logs, quality management documentation, and programmatic deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure follow-up actions are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed.
  • Help maintain visibility into emerging issues that may affect Blue List Program execution.
Meeting, Reporting & Briefing Support
  • Prepare recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documentation supporting Government decision-making.
  • Support Government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions, capturing action items, and tracking follow-up activities.
  • Communicate project status to the Government Blue List Program Manager, Contractor Program Manager, and other stakeholders.
  • Support development of management reports, Monthly Status Reports, Risk Matrices, Quality Management Plans, project summaries, and leadership updates.
  • Ensure program materials are accurate, organized, professional, and aligned with Government expectations.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Facilitate collaboration among Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and external partners.
  • Support cross-functional coordination across program management, IT, cybersecurity, acquisition, public affairs, and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional communication with senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain appropriate contractor/Government role boundaries.
  • Support a collaborative and responsive program office environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Management, or related business or technical field preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive project management experience.
  • Direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.
  • Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks.
  • Experience compiling rigorous programmatic deliverables, such as Monthly Status Reports, Risk Matrices, and Quality Management Plans.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestones, action item logs, and management artifacts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
