For more than 60 years, Bates Air Conditioning has provided commercial HVAC and refrigeration services throughout the Houston area. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Entry-Level Service Dispatcher assistant to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a stable industry. No HVAC experience is required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00–$23.00/hr DOE
• Weekly pay
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with 4% company match (when contributing 6%)
• Up to 20 days PTO plus paid holidays

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Full-time
• On-site in Houston, TX

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians
• Support the service department with administrative tasks
• Help with permits and job paperwork
• Order equipment and materials
• Scan, copy, and organize documents
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and office experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous dispatching, customer service, construction, or office experience is helpful but not required
