POSITION SUMMARY:
The Capital Markets Analyst is an entry‑level role supporting the execution of loan sales and syndications across whole loans, A‑notes, B‑notes, and participation interests. This position works closely with internal origination, underwriting, legal, and capital markets teams to help prepare investor materials, coordinate due diligence, and track transactions from marketing through closing. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the capital markets process and is ideal for an early‑career professional interested in real estate finance, credit markets, and investor execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the execution of loan sales, securitizations, and syndications, including whole loans, A‑notes, B‑notes, and participation interests
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, loan tapes, offering memoranda, and data rooms for investor distribution
• Coordinate with internal origination, underwriting, servicing, and legal teams to facilitate transaction execution
• Track deal timelines, investor outreach, feedback, bids, and closing requirements
• Coordinate due diligence materials and respond to investor questions during the marketing process
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, investor demand, and liquidity in loan sale and syndication markets
• Maintain organized transaction records and support internal reporting related to capital markets activity
• Assist with internal deal summaries, pipeline reporting, and post‑closing documentation
• Support senior team members with investor presentations, market commentary, and ad hoc capital markets analysis
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, real estate, banking, capital markets, or a related internship or analyst role
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to review and organize financial and transaction data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting across internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced, transaction‑driven environment
• Interest in capital markets, loan sales, and real estate or commercial finance
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We offer a hybrid schedule, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote after the initial 90-day period.
COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE:
In compliance with New York State and New York City pay transparency laws, the good faith base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and benefits.
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION
This position is classified as Exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.

Additionally, this position includes a comprehensive benefits package and other forms of compensation, including:
