Learn more about our company and how we support you:
The surgical robot that assists a surgeon. The autonomous vehicle that navigates a warehouse floor. The train control system that keeps thousands of commuters on schedule. Somewhere inside that technology is an ADLINK product.
Ampro ADLINK Technology designs and manufactures embedded computing hardware for industries where failure is not an option. Industrial automation, robotics, autonomous vehicles, healthcare, and intelligent transportation are just some of the markets we serve. Our products sit at the edge of these systems, processing data and providing real-time control where it happens, when it happens, not in a distant cloud.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Taiwan, we operate across the US, UK, Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, and Germany with products deployed in more than 40 countries. Our San Jose office drives our business across the Americas and works closely with technology partners, including Intel, NVIDIA, AMD, Qualcomm, and NXP.
If you want to work on hardware or software that ships into real-world applications — not prototypes, not demos — and grow alongside a team that has been leading-edge computing for three decades, we want to hear from you.
Whether you are a seasoned engineer or early in your career, what you build here will end up in the real world.
How will you make an impact:
This is a hands-on operational HR role. You will own the day-to-day execution of benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR systems work. The right person enjoys getting the details right, takes ownership of recurring deliverables without needing to be chased, and is comfortable working in a small, lean HR team where you do the work yourself rather than delegate it.
This is not a strategy or culture-focused role. About 80 percent of the work is execution and recurring operations. If you are looking for a primarily project-based or advisory role, this is not the right fit.
This position is office based.
What will you do:
Benefits Administration and Compliance
- Audit monthly benefits invoices against enrollment data, identify discrepancies, and resolve them directly with carriers.
- Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HRIS.
- Support annual open enrollment from preparation through reconciliation.
- Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and ADA accommodations from intake through return to work.
- Maintain OSHA 300 logs, post the 300A annually, manage incident recordkeeping, and support workplace safety walk-throughs and compliance.
- Complete I-9 audits and maintain compliant employee files.
- Maintain independent contractor files and tracking.
Recruiting Coordination
- Schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and document results.
- Manage candidate communication and the offer letter process.
- Run phone screens for non-exempt and junior roles as needed.
Onboarding and Employee Lifecycle
- Run new hire orientation and complete the new employee checklist end to end.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Rippling.
- Prepare and distribute required notices and acknowledgments.
HR Operations and Projects
- Reorganize and maintain the HR shared drive and filing systems.
- Support recurring reports including headcount, HR cost reporting to HQ, expense reports.
- Coordinate and track HR-related training in support of ISO certification requirements, including training records, completion tracking, and audit readiness.
- Document and improve HR processes and checklists.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
How will you get here?
- 3+ years of hands-on HR experience where you personally performed benefits administration, invoice auditing, onboarding, and compliance tasks.
- Direct experience with Rippling and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of federal and California employment law including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety compliance, leave administration (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA), I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to manage recurring deadlines without prompting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a small to mid-size company where HR is a team of two to four people.
- Experience supporting training records and documentation under ISO 9001 or similar quality management certification.
- Experience supporting finance or payroll processes.
