This role sits at the core of enterprise cybersecurity defense, leading advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) activities focused on threat detection, forensic investigation, and incident response. You will be responsible for guiding high-impact security operations that protect critical digital assets against evolving cyber threats. The position requires strong technical depth in cyber forensics, threat intelligence, and SOC methodologies, combined with leadership capabilities to mentor analysts and elevate operational maturity. You will work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where rapid decision-making and precision are essential. Collaboration with security architecture and engineering teams is key to strengthening detection and response frameworks. • Lead advanced cyber forensic investigations using both proprietary and open-source tools to collect, analyze, and preserve digital evidence.
• Drive SOC threat detection, monitoring, and incident response activities to ensure rapid identification and mitigation of security threats.
• Apply forensic insights to strengthen threat intelligence and enhance overall security operations effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity architecture and engineering teams to improve incident management processes and detection capabilities.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of SOC processes, integrating advanced forensic methodologies into daily operations.
• Support the tracking and analysis of SOC performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Stay current on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and forensic tools to continuously strengthen defense strategies.
• Mentor and guide SOC team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CyberSecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in CyberSecurity Operations, preferably within a SOC environment.
• Strong expertise in incident response, threat detection, threat intelligence, and security monitoring technologies.
• Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in real-time detection and response.
• Hands-on experience with cyber forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Autopsy, and other investigation platforms.
• Proven ability to conduct complex forensic investigations and translate findings into actionable security improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills within technical teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GCIH are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
