Accountabilities

You will lead research strategy and insight generation to shape how future technology trends influence enterprise networking, AI adoption, and business transformation.

  • Define and manage a research roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities and emerging technology trends.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to evaluate hypotheses about the future of networking, AI/ML, and digital infrastructure.
  • Translate complex research findings into accessible outputs such as white papers, reports, articles, and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and communications to align insights with business strategy.
  • Monitor global technology developments and macroeconomic trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Engage with internal and external research communities to share knowledge and benchmark insights.
  • Ensure research outputs influence decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
Requirements

This role requires strong research expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Economics, Business, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Extensive experience in research design, execution, and communication in academic or industry settings.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality thought leadership content.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies, business models, and industry evolution.
  • Experience in technology, telecom, or B2B environments is highly desirable.
