Fortress Roofing & Exteriors is scaling, and we're looking for a sales leader to build and run our outside sales team — not babysit it.

We partner with one of the largest single-family rental portfolios in the Mid-South — roughly 2,800 homes across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi — which feeds the team a steady stream of roofing and exterior work. Your job is to turn that pipeline, plus the business your reps generate, into closed revenue, and to recruit and develop the hungry closers who do it.

This is a builder's role. If you want to put your stamp on a growing sales org and earn uncapped override on what your team produces, this is it.

What you'll own
+ Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of outside sales reps
+ Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, and coaching to drive close rates
+ Manage and distribute leads across the team and track everything in the CRM
+ Set targets, hold reps accountable, and own the team's revenue number
+ Build the playbook — scripts, process, and standards — as we grow
+ Keep your reps hungry, sharp, and selling

What you bring
+ A proven track record leading and building sales teams (roofing, exteriors, home improvement, or in-home sales strongly preferred)
+ The ability to recruit and develop hungry talent — and cut what isn't working
+ Strong command of a CRM and a metrics-driven approach
+ A closer's instinct you can teach, not just talk about
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+ The drive to build something, not maintain it
