Up to $6,000 toward exterior branding: Support for approved agency signage to help establish your presence.
Up to $500 per month in lead credits: Eligible credits toward approved lead vendor expenses, based on your production tier.
Monthly and annual bonus opportunities: Earn performance bonuses on qualifying new business commissions, in addition to your regular commissions, for up to 36 months.

Professional training: Develop your skills through the University of Farmers® training program.
Multiple ways to grow: Serve customers through personal, business, and life insurance products, subject to availability and licensing.
Long-term business value: Opportunities to sell your agency’s service and commission rights, subject to your appointment agreement.

Who should apply
We’re seeking motivated candidates with sales, leadership, management, or business development experience. Insurance experience is helpful; a commitment to learning, customer service, and building a business is essential.
Program qualifications
Access to $100,000 in liquid assets, subject to any approved reduction or waiver. This is a business capital requirement, not a fee paid to Farmers.
Successful completion of the required background review.

An approved single-agent storefront.
At least two licensed and Farmers-appointed agency staff members at appointment.
