About Green Beagle Lodge
Green Beagle Lodge is looking for a Full-Time Client Care Supervisor to join our leadership team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading by example, and creating exceptional experiences for both pets and their people.

All team members complete a structured orientation and industry-specific training program, followed by hands-on experience designed to build confidence and strengthen dog-handling, customer service, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Client Care team during daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist with daily shift operations, task delegation, and workflow management.
- Coach and support team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle client concerns professionally, confidently, and with empathy.
- Ensure accurate reservations, account management, and client communications.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front lobby and workspaces.
- Collaborate with Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences.
- Help maintain company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, strong leadership potential, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience with every interaction—for both pets and their parents. The work is fast-paced and physical, involving continuous movement, thorough cleaning, and direct engagement with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Natural leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Confident multitasker who stays calm under pressure.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dog health and behavior preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for dogs and pet care is a huge plus!
Growth Path: Supervisor II or Management

- Consistent record of strong attendance and team engagement.
- Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
- Deep understanding of both front- and back-of-house operations.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others effectively.

- Phone screening regarding your application.
- An in-person interview to meet the department manager and tour the facility.
- An offer letter detailing position, compensation, and employment terms.
- Orientation and training classes covering company policies, procedures, dog body language, and behavior.
- Hands-on leadership training with our Client Care team.
- Our Chapel Hill location opened in the summer of 2014.
- Our second facility is located in Pittsboro, NC.
- Every dog completes a comprehensive assessment before joining our Lodge family to ensure they thrive in an off-leash environment.
- We maintain a 10:1 dog-to-staff ratio to promote safety and fun.

The pay range for this role is:
