Position Summary:
FED95 is currently hiring for an experienced Management Analyst to fully support our Government client, Program Manager, Warfare-200 Aviation Logistics Information Technology (PMW-200 Aviation Log IT), that is headquartered at NAS Patuxent River, MD. PMW-200 Aviation Log IT has the overall responsibility to research, develop, analyze, and evaluate solutions in order to implement and deploy the best web enabled system that will automatically deliver updated technical, supply, and maintenance information to joint forces throughout the DoD in ashore, afloat, and expeditionary settings. The highly qualified candidate will be able to work remotely, but travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic communication plans for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT logistics capabilities that meet Department of Navy, Department of Army, and DoD transformation objectives of integration, interoperability, consolidated infrastructure, and reduced duplications.
- Review our current communication plan and update/maintain as required.
- Review, prepare and coordinate a variety of high-quality agreements, letters, memorandum, emails, reports, and other documents for signature or collaboration, then dispatch to recipient.
- Assist with special projects and provide administrative services and logistical support for office-sponsored workshops, conferences, and symposiums, when necessary
- Establish and maintain filing systems in accordance with the Naval Correspondence Manual including document control.
- Perform various Share Point Online tasks including creating document libraries, uploading files, adding groups and people, and setting permissions
- Develop and maintain task tracking systems to keep track of tasks assigned.
- Utilize and maintain databases and information systems. Review and reconcile data. Generate reports from various informational databases using standard parameters or special queries as required. Provide data entry for startup or closeout information on projects.
- Perform review of technical analysis and research for the development and maintenance of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for the IT products and services ultimately delivered to the warfighter for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT.
- Perform technical research, development, analysis, and requirements gathering and validation of CONOPS documents for PMW-200 Aviation Log IT systems that provide full life cycle support for aviation processes and aviation related equipment, electronics, tools, support equipment, and consumables. Describe the proposed solution in terms of the end user needs that it will fulfill its relationship to existing and external systems or procedures, and how it will be used.

- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- Strategic communications experience within a large, cross functional, organization.
- Ability to research and evaluate emerging technologies and to provide those evaluations in briefs, white-papers, or other presentations
- Expert in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to quickly adapt focus, adjust schedule and problem solve to meet evolving work demands and needs of supervisor and other stakeholders.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also work independently and balance multiple competing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check and other relevant background information deemed necessary.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense
- Project Management experience
- Master’s Degree in the field of business
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity authorizations and principles
- Secret clearance

Work Hours:
Core work hours are 0700-1700 EST Monday through Friday. Compressed Work Schedule (CWS) may be authorized.
