Administrative Assistant

Conti LLC

Position Summary

Conti LLC is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, customer communication, data management, and administrative functions. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, assisting with scheduling, supporting trade events and presentations, and ensuring the smooth flow of information throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to supporting both internal teams and external customers with professionalism and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Input and manage data in Service Trade.
  • Create invoices and manage documents within company systems.
  • Input data into accounting software.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and participation of trade events and presentations.
  • Assist with scheduling activities and provide customer updates as needed.
  • Create and track deficiency quotes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support office operations through data entry, filing, document management, and administrative coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Provide administrative support to management and field personnel as required.
  • Note that in certain situations or occasions overtime may be necessary.
  • Follow up on duties deemed necessary by your supervisor.
