Job Description
All County Environmental & Restoration is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team on a temporary basis. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple insurance restoration and construction projects from initial planning through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple insurance restoration and construction projects from start to completion.
Review project estimates, scopes of work, and documentation in DASH.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, labor requirements, and material needs.
Monitor job costs, timelines, and profitability to ensure projects remain on track.
Coordinate and schedule in-house crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
Oversee permitting, inspections, and construction planning as needed.
Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs with homeowners to review project expectations, materials, and scope of work.
Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and quality.
Maintain professional communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Address project delays, changes, and concerns promptly to keep projects moving forward.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and project-related expenses.
Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.
Maintain accurate project documentation, photographs, approvals, and completion records.
Ensure all projects are properly closed out, and documentation is submitted for final payment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in the insurance restoration industry.
Strong knowledge of restoration, reconstruction, and general construction practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors simultaneously.
Experience reviewing construction estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation.
Strong understanding of job costing, project budgeting, and profitability.
Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet project deadlines.
Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
Ability to meet applicable security and access requirements for military bases and other restricted job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Xactimate estimating software.
Familiarity with DASH or similar restoration project management software.
Experience working directly with insurance adjusters and homeowners on restoration claims.
Knowledge of construction permitting and inspection processes.
