Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensures the safety, appearance and operational standards established by Carteret Management.
• Perform various hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the site, diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, painting, exterior structure, appliance repair and cleaning.
• Occasionally be available for After Hours emergency calls.

• Prior maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Ability to safely use various hand tools and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, hand held drills and circular saws.
• Ability to perform general janitorial duties.
• Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
