What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for the entire cycle of the recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, to interviewing, recommending, and hiring for a wide variety of positions with different levels of complexity. This person will use a high level of expertise to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies, create strong relationships with hiring managers, and internal/external partners and understand business needs to advise on decisions impacting current and future open positions.

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process including screening/assess applicants for relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes; oversee the interview process, gather feedback, and prepare job offers that include competitive salary recommendations, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

• Collaborate with hiring managers, finance, compensation and CHRO to understand job requirements, hiring criteria, salary ranges, budget targets, and all other aspects of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth onboarding upon offer accepted.

• Facilitate the complete candidate process flow aiming for best-in-class candidate experience and a thorough capture of information in the applicant tracking system, and related databases (ex. ADP workforce now).

• Proactively develop and execute candidate generation strategies using sourcing methods such as Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, talent databases, candidate referrals and passive candidate outreach to build a diverse talented candidate pool and increase visibility of our district across different disciplines from which we hire.

• Familiarity with HR databases (ADP Workforce Now )

• Provide regular progress updates to hiring manager, CHRO and Executive leadership on a weekly basis.

• Track and report metrics on conversion rates, time to fill, source of hire, and other offer metrics.

• Suggest improvements and implement new recruiting and sourcing methods and best practices.

• Conduct training regarding best practices, hiring process, preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

• Assist with New Hire Orientation.

• Collaborate with other members of the HR team to participate in recruiting programs (ex. university recruiting, social marketing, intern program, etc.).

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience.

• Preferred experience in a highly regulated medical device or healthcare setting is desired.

• Hands-on experience utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, passive candidate engagement and talent mapping, to identify and attract divers, top-tier candidates for current and future open roles.

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

• Ability to positively present the company and open positions to potential candidates and applicants.

• Skilled in the use of Microsoft office suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Excellent and proactive communications skills (both written and verbal) required.

• Ability to balance workload, particularly as it relates to supporting simultaneously multiple HRBPs and hiring managers to meet team and business needs.

• Resourceful with mastery in navigating complexity and ambiguity.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to influence others without authority.

• Healthcare Recruiting experience is a plus
