The Job
We are currently seeking a Testing and Maintenance Technician. This role encompasses responsibilities for setting up and managing tests in the product test environment, building and executing mock-up tests, performing maintenance work within the facility, and providing on-site support at job locations. It combines hands-on technical expertise, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient operations and accurate test results.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with their hands and possess experience in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. As this person will be working in a test pool environment, being comfortable in working with water is a must!

The Job
We are currently seeking a Testing and Maintenance Technician. Duties:
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used for plumbing, electrical work and general carpentry
- Building mock-ups for test pool using raw materials such as wood.
- General facility maintenance duties.
- Experience with testing methodologies and data collection processes to document water flow and pressure.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and technical drawings.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification not required
- 2+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, ideally involving testing setups or mechanical/electrical systems.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in an assembly and manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift or equipment operation certification would be considered an asset.
