Position Summary |
The Housing Specialist II is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more of SNRHA’s public housing developments. They perform administrative and clerical duties required to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly within the assigned site while assisting in meeting the department's occupancy and financial goals. The housing specialist also supervises lower-level staff, vendors, and contractors who complete assigned work on-site without the asset manager. The duties listed below illustrate the various types of work performed.
