Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting.
- Ability to operate spray equipment and curing ovens safely.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in powder coating application or related industrial finishing processes.

Responsibilities:
