Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health is a growing mental health agency providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy services throughout New Mexico. Our team is committed to collaborative, innovative, and client-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide weekly or bi-weekly supervision to clinicians
- Monitor clinician productivity, documentation compliance, and caseloads
- Audit charts and address clinical or scheduling concerns
- Support staff development through training and feedback
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services and maintain an active caseload
- Complete documentation, treatment plans, and diagnosis updates within required timelines
- Collaborate with community providers, schools, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to build referral relationships
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, insurance, and company standards
- Stay current with licensure requirements, policies, and professional development opportunities
- Must maintain a caseload and bill a minimum of 10 hours per week.

- Master’s Degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Must have active independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPAT).
- Must have two years post-independent licensure experience.
- One year supervisory experience preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain supervisory designation from NM RLD for both Counseling and Social Work Boards.
- Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Required experience with children, adolescents, teens and/or adults.
- E?ective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Must be able to be credentialled and contracted with insurance panels for commercial and Medicaid plans.
- Must pass a CYFD background check.
