Responsibilities:
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
- Manage warehousing, transportation, inventory, and distribution operations
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers
- Plan shipping routes and oversee shipment processing
- Resolve logistics issues, delays, and customer concerns
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
- Maintain logistics metrics and analyze data to drive operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements
- Strategically manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service functions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 35+ years of logistics, supply chain, operations, or distribution experience
- Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related technologies
- Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze logistics data and implement process improvements
- Experience in food manufacturing, storage, or distribution environments preferred
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
