Responsibilities:

• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
• Manage warehousing, transportation, inventory, and distribution operations
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs, and efficiency
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers
• Plan shipping routes and oversee shipment processing
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, and customer concerns
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel
• Maintain logistics metrics and analyze data to drive operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements
• Strategically manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service functions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 35+ years of logistics, supply chain, operations, or distribution experience
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related technologies
• Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Experience managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze logistics data and implement process improvements
• Experience in food manufacturing, storage, or distribution environments preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
