Sterilization Technician in Wake Forest, North Carolina at LC Services 1, LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures and patient care appointments
• Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments prior to procedures
• Ensure all equipment and materials are properly sterilized and organized
• Take and record patient vitals and assist with patient preparation for procedures
• Provide post operative instructions to patients as directed by the surgeon
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with practice policies and OSHA standards
• Support efficient patient flow and assist with room turnover between patients
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
• Assist with inventory management and supply stocking as needed
• Travel to other practice locations when necessary to support clinical operations

Qualifications:

• Experience in dental/medical sterilization, preferred.
• Knowledge of CDC dental infection guidelines or willingness to learn

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
