Responsibilities
The typical day will go something like this:
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Perform other duties as assigned
Shift: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Parking provided at building
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma
- Driver's License
- Must be able to pass government background check
- 2+ years' experience
- Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment
- Dependable and reliable EOE, including disability/veterans
