What You'll Do

The Merchandising, GTM & Digital Content Support role translates CPG commercial strategy into execution-ready assortments, customer-facing selling tools, product content, launch plans, and go-to-market deliverables across Clarks, Timberland, and Private Brand. The role owns preparation of build sheets, product features and benefits, Salsify content loading, digital asset readiness, and related product-content work. The role partners with Business Operations, Sales Support, Product Creation, Sales, Planning, and shared services so product information is accurate, approved, and ready for wholesale, ecommerce, dropship, and retailer launch requirements.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support seasonal line architecture, assortment planning, and customer-specific assortment development.
  • Maintain assortment matrices, product line lists, pricing support files, and merchandising scorecards.
  • Maintain the standardized Master Line List as the commercial operating view, coordinating source inputs and approvals with Product Creation, Design, the Setup Pod, Sales, and Planning.
  • Analyze available point-of-sale results, customer trends, competitive activity, and line performance to support recommendations.
  • Support style placement, openings, closes, carryovers, line evolution, pricing, target-margin, and line-plan decisions.
  • Create and maintain product build sheets using approved product, merchandising, design, costing, packaging, and technical inputs.
  • Develop, load, and maintain approved product features, benefits, attributes, descriptions, and other required content in Salsify.
  • Coordinate image, video, copy, size, dimension, packaging, compliance, and retailer-attribute requirements needed for digital and syndicated-content readiness.
  • Maintain version control, field-completeness standards, approval status, and release timing for customer-facing product content.
  • Partner with Product Creation and the Setup Pod to resolve missing or conflicting product information before content release.
  • Maintain reusable product-story, feature-and-benefit, and attribute libraries to improve consistency and efficiency across brands and channels.
  • Maintain key commercialization and market-readiness milestones in partnership with Business Operations.
  • Ensure line lists, pricing sheets, catalogs, build sheets, samples, product content, and assortment tools are accurate and available for sell-in and launch.
  • Maintain the product-content and asset portions of Styles Live readiness and provide evidence of completion to Business Operations.
  • Track open content decisions, missing assets, risks, and dependencies that could affect customer commitments or launch timing.
  • Support showroom, market, customer presentation, ecommerce, and syndicated-content readiness.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing line presentations, assortment summaries, product comparisons, catalogs, and other selling tools.
  • Compile seasonal sales, booking, and line-performance summaries for commercial reviews.
  • Support forecast reviews, account planning, and identification of assortment or channel whitespace opportunities.
  • Partner with the Omni-Channel Sales Support Specialists to ensure assigned accounts and sales teams use current, approved product information and selling materials.
  • Work within the CPG commercialization calendar, readiness gates, data requirements, and exception process established by Business Operations.
  • Coordinate with Design, Product Creation, the Setup Pod, Sales Support, Sourcing, Compliance, and Planning to confirm product attributes, assets, samples, and product-story inputs.
  • Facilitate assigned readiness reviews and escalate incomplete inputs, late decisions, and launch risks to the appropriate owner.
  • Identify repetitive content-development or data-loading activities that can be standardized, templated, automated, or supported by AI.
