We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, and isn't afraid to walk the warehouse, get their hands dirty, and learn every aspect of our business. You'll work closely with operations, service, sales, inventory, and vendors to ensure our field teams have what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Do

1. Coordinate equipment rentals from quote through contract completion.

2. Source equipment, materials, and services while negotiating pricing and availability.

3. Build strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.

4. Support Sales and Service Coordinators with rental reservations and project needs.

5. Track rental equipment, maintenance, invoicing, and contract completion.

6. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock.

7. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution.

8. Spend time in the warehouse verifying inventory, organizing materials, and supporting operations.

9. Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.

10. Provide outstanding internal customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

1. Purchasing, inventory control, equipment rental, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related operational experience is required.

2. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

3. Strong Microsoft Office skills.

4. Understanding of inventory control principles.

5. Industrial, construction, propane, fuel, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus—but we'll train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.

7. Valid driver's license.

8. Ability to pass a pre-employment 7-year criminal background check.

Physical Requirements

1. Regular walking throughout warehouse and yard environments.

2. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

3. Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and moving inventory.

4. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

5. Operate safely around forklifts, trucks, and warehouse equipment.
