Schedule & Availability

We’re hiring full-time and part-time Culinary Team Members. You must be available on a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday.

We’re looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest people who want to deliver a great experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do

Culinary Team Members help with a variety of tasks across the restaurant. Everyone on the Chick-fil-A team is cross-trained, but your primary focus will be supporting the kitchen team by preparing and assembling food orders quickly and accurately. You’ll help ensure each guest leaves with a smile.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Successful Culinary Team Members bring a positive attitude, work well with others, and show up with integrity and enthusiasm—ready to provide 2nd-mile service to every guest.

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Must be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to be in contact with all food, drink, and general products within the restaurant.

Chick-fil-A may be best known for serving an amazing chicken sandwich, hot waffle fries and that oh-so-delicious Chick-fil-A Sauce, but our restaurants are also known for another secret sauce: our friendly team members.
