Process returns on the return line via Oracle and discrete rework jobs. Communicate with multiple departments on the status of returned product and the status of rework jobs. Unpack and test incoming returned shredders. Oversee repack function for support of in- or out-of-warranty needs on products such as shredders and binding/laminating equipment.

1. Have good oral and written communication skills.
2. Successfully complete and pass required lift truck operation tests and training and obtain and maintain appropriate lift truck licensing. Able to use RF (radio frequency) units.
3. Able to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions/procedures to meet quality standards.
4. Able to perform repetitive tasks (including physical requirements as described below) on a consistent basis.
5. Maintain consistent and acceptable attendance. Available to work overtime as needed, including weekend work. Available for mandatory overtime as appropriate based on business demands.
6. Able to fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
7. Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines in order prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries.
8. Able to work in a team environment by assisting in training and facilitating job duties for team members (including temps). Demonstrate a positive attitude.
9. Proficiency with PC's, including the following software packages: Microsoft and Oracle. Able to use Microsoft Outlook to communicate with people on other shifts and address issues as necessary.
10. Technical/mechanical aptitude.

Minimum Education:.

HS Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience:

At least 1 year of prior warehouse experience.

Physical Requirements:

Perform repetitive tasks as required.

Perform pre-shift stretching (includes: bending, reaching and stretching with hands, arm, legs and feet and bending and twisting waist) as required for position.
