Job Description
Position Description: As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices and issuing them to customers by all necessary means and updating customer files.
• Processing bills.
• Maintain billing at 45 bills per hour and less than 1.5% error ratio.
• Confirm entered data from the customer’s bill of lading / shipping order into SalSon’s bill system.
• Communicate with employees at other facilities via the telephone to gain clarity on bills that may be unclear.
• Organize and categorize Billing documents.
• Timely respond to customer and employee inquiries.
• Completes assignments on a timely basis.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor.
