Homewood Suites by Hilton in Christiansburg, VA, is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associates to join our team!
Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience of our hotel. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are attentive to detail, and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards and hotel procedures.
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish amenities, and restock guest supplies.
Perform scheduled stayover services for occupied guest rooms.
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, missing items, damage, and maintenance concerns.
Report maintenance issues, lost-and-found items, and guest concerns promptly.
Properly stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning supplies, and storage areas.
Follow established cleaning procedures, chemical safety guidelines, and workplace safety policies.
Complete assigned rooms and daily responsibilities efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Communicate with housekeeping leadership and other departments regarding room status and priorities.
Assist with deep cleaning, public area cleaning, and additional housekeeping responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push housekeeping carts, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a shift.
Willingness to learn and follow Hilton cleaning and safety standards.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
