Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional events, and community outreach.
• Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client & Hiring Manager Liaison: Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job specifications, qualifications, and staffing needs.
• Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
• Process Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensure legal compliance, and prepare reports on recruitment progress.
• Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.

• Previous Recruiting experience required
