About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner closely with our US-based leadership and India engineering managers on full-cycle tech hiring across both geographies. As a senior individual contributor on our Talent Acquisition team, you'll own the end-to-end funnel — from intake calls and sourcing through offer close — bring a point of view on what good hiring looks like, and play a key role in continuing our shift away from agency dependency toward an in-house, modern recruiting model using Gem (our ATS), Naukri, Hirist, and LinkedIn.

How Your Day Will LookThis role runs on a split-shift model designed to give you proper rest and family time in between, while still allowing real-time partnership with US hiring managers and candidates:
- Part 1 — 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST (Hybrid): India-side recruiting, hiring manager syncs, candidate interviews, ATS hygiene, and early-overlap calls with US morning hours.
- Break — 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST: Personal time, commute home, dinner, family.
- Part 2 — 10:00 PM IST onwards (from home): Reconnect for the remainder of your shift to cover US recruitment — candidate screens, intake calls with US hiring managers, offer conversations, and US pipeline work in real time with Pacific Time.
What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and technical roles across US and India (SDEs, TPMs, Senior PMs, DevOps, QA, and similar)
- Partner with hiring managers on role intake, calibration, scorecards, and interview design
- Source actively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Hirist, Gem sequences, referrals, and Boolean search — building strong pipelines without leaning on agencies
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end: screening calls, scheduling, feedback loops, offer conversations, and closing
- Keep Gem (ATS) clean and current — pipeline hygiene, accurate stages, timely dispositions, and reporting-ready data
- Run weekly pipeline reviews with hiring managers and surface blockers early
- Partner with HR Ops on offer letters, background checks, and smooth handoffs to onboarding
- Track and report core funnel metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pass-through rates, offer acceptance) and use them to improve
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, candidate communication templates, and interview process improvements
- Act as a senior voice in the TA function — coach junior recruiters on sourcing and closing, and help shape interview rubrics and hiring standards
- Advise hiring managers as a true talent partner — push back when needed on role definitions, compensation, or process gaps
What You Bring
- 6–9 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to both US and India tech hiring markets
- Proven track record sourcing and closing engineering talent (frontend, backend, full-stack, DevOps, QA, data) — software product company background strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern ATS (Gem, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfort with Naukri and Hirist for the India market
- Strong written and verbal English communication — you'll be speaking with US candidates and stakeholders daily
- Willingness and ability to work the split-shift model (afternoon in office + late-evening WFH for US recruitment) sustainably
- A reliable home setup — stable internet, quiet space for candidate calls, and a laptop-ready workspace for the WFH portion
- Track record of closing senior engineering roles (Sr. SDE, Staff, TPM, Engineering Manager) — not just IC-level hiring
- Strong sense of ownership, candidate empathy, and bias toward action
- Data comfort — you can pull a funnel report and tell a story with it
Nice to Have
- Prior experience hiring in healthcare-tech, SaaS, or B2B product companies
- Familiarity with US compensation benchmarking and offer construction
- Experience building or improving recruiting processes from scratch
- Boolean and X-Ray sourcing chops
