Position Details

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Help manage and oversee all administrative aspects of a project
• Track labor and equipment usage and complete time sheets daily
• Complete Daily MURK Sheets file
• Put together force account submissions for extra work
• Manage and code all material tickets
• Help review Subcontractor invoicing process and ensure accurate billing and charged to right cost codes
• Prepare Submittals
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Assist in preparation of all project documents and correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules
• Submit requests for information.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with project owners and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong Business writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail

• Possess valid driver's license
