Job Description
Strategic HR Business Partner
SUMMARY: The Strategic HR Business Partner (SHRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, with primary responsibility for employee relations, leadership coaching, and culture development across clinical and non-clinical teams. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to strengthen leadership capability, promote a high-performance culture, and ensure consistent, compliant, and values-based people practices. While anchored in employee relations, the HRBP also flexes across talent engagement and recruiting support to meet evolving business needs. At the Director level, this role operates with a high degree of independence, influencing strategy, leading complex workforce matters, and shaping leadership effectiveness across the organization.
EXPERIENCE: 7-10 plus years of progressive HR or healthcare leadership experience. Proven ability to build culture and develop high-performing teams.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Significant experience in employee relations, investigations, and leader coaching. Demonstrated experience working with clinical leadership teams in a healthcare setting. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
OTHER: Prior formal leadership development or organizational development experience. Experience supporting complex, multi-site healthcare environments, BCCO(BOARD CERTIFIED COACH) within 1 year of hire, ICF(INTERNATIONAL COACHING FEDERATION) within 1 year of hire, SHRBP (SR HR BUSINESS PARTNER) within 1 year of hire
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Business, Bachelors - Health Administration, Bachelors - Related Field, Preferred: Masters - Health Administration, Masters - Human Resources, Masters - Related Field
