Job Description
· Safely perform duties in a responsible manner in accordance with company policy including maintaining general work area cleanliness.
· Ensure a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, supplies and maintenance history of plant equipment
· Implement equipment modifications in response to safety/quality concerns, product revisions and efficiency improvement requests.
· Supervise a team of technicians for a three (3) shift operation, continually developing them as they work to consistently achieve performance objectives in a safe work environment.
· Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all production equipment and plant systems.
· Analyze production data to prioritize corrective and preventive actions
· Participate in “hands-on” work as needed.
· Working with HR, assisting with interviewing, training employees, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
· Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
· Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
· Work with internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration of automation technologies into existing infrastructure.
· Supervise daily maintenance activities & ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution.
Other duties and projects as required.
Requirements:Technical Requirements
Describe the technical knowledge and experience required to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word processing software; Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP and some experience with some form of eMaintenance systems desirable. Familiarity with Auto Cad.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts using standard mathematical practices – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, etc.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to various stakeholders.
Knowledge/Experience:
Describe minimum experience requirements necessary to accomplish the job duties and responsibilities.
· Three (3) to five (5) years supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment having exposure to the repair and maintenance of manufacturing and facility equipment.
· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree
· Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
Licenses Or Certifications
Describe any licenses or certifications that are either required or helpful in performing the job.
· OSHA Training
· Must be certified forklift trainer or complete training within 180 days of hire
Special Skills
Describe any special skills needed to perform the job duties. Examples: other languages, special math or writing skills, experience with specific tools, equipment, computer hardware or software, knowledge of special terminology.
· Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, workflow, and operational procedures.
· PLC experience
· Strong skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
· Prior experience with SAP.
· Proficient in Safety, environment, waste (Hazmat), used oil, TPM, and 5s management
· Strong experience in managing capital projects and maintenance-related automation initiatives.

· Various forms of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are at times required and may include but are not limited to hearing and eye protection, protective suits, and harness with shock restraint.
· Non-climate-controlled production area.
