As an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Developer, you will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial technology solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate finance requirements into scalable architectures, intelligent integrations, and automated workflows.
- Drive AI-assisted development practices by integrating modern AI tools into coding, testing, and delivery workflows.
- Design and maintain scalable financial system architectures across Oracle Fusion modules, including Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
- Build and optimize integrations between financial platforms, data environments, and internal applications using technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Develop data models and technical solutions that support accounting operations, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Translate complex accounting requirements into technical designs, documentation, and reliable implementations.
- Collaborate with finance leaders, product teams, data engineers, and integration specialists to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage system improvements, and reduce operational complexity through automation and scalable design.
The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Fusion expertise with financial systems knowledge, software engineering capabilities, and a strategic approach to technology transformation. You should be comfortable navigating complex business environments while delivering practical and impactful solutions.
- Proven experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience designing financial data models and end-to-end enterprise solution architectures.
- Understanding of accounting processes and experience supporting finance technology transformation initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex technical and organizational challenges and develop efficient solutions.
- Experience working with web services and integration frameworks, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or Go is a plus.
- Experience with additional financial modules such as Tax or FCCS is an advantage.
- Background in fintech, banking, cryptocurrency, or other high-scale financial technology environments is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
