Field Service Technician in Saint Charles, Missouri at True Fitness Technology Inc

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing product support, maintenance, and repair services for our customers' equipment. You will work directly with clients in various industries, ensuring that their equipment meets our high standards.

This position is eligible to be fully remote, based in any state in the continuous U.S.

Responsibilities of Field Service Technicians may vary, but you can expect to spend your time performing the following tasks:

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and develop effective solutions via phone, email, and other means
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
• Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs, and recommendations.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate complex issues and coordinate resources as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a field service technician or similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, sometimes with minimal notice.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk in excess of 10,000 steps, and lift heavy equipment during service visits and customer installs.
