HIL - Cooler Loadout in Kansas City, Missouri at Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc.

Belfonte Ice Cream Co. is looking for someone to work in the cooler warehouse Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm to Midnight.

The HIL - Cooler Loadout position is a critical role focused on the efficient and accurate preparation and dispatch of cooler units within a high-volume distribution environment. The primary objective is to ensure that all cooler products are loaded, organized, and shipped according to company standards and customer requirements, maintaining product integrity and safety throughout the process. This role demands meticulous attention to detail to verify product counts, inspect for quality, and coordinate with logistics teams to meet tight delivery schedules. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing loadout procedures, minimizing errors, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. Ultimately, this position plays a vital part in sustaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate cooler deliveries across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, loadout, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cooler or refrigerated products.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and load cooler units onto delivery vehicles following established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Verify product quantities and quality before dispatch to ensure compliance with order specifications.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to schedule and prioritize loadout activities effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded products, shipments, and any discrepancies encountered during the loadout process.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
