• Competitive Pay: $17 - $20/hour + Credit for experience

• Assist the Executive Director with a variety of administrative and operational projects
• Upload and process invoices, and maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes
• Multitask effectively to support day-to-day community operations across multiple areas
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
• Answer phones, greet guests, manage resident requests, and coordinate transportation and appointments

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a hospitality, healthcare, or senior living setting
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, scheduling, document management)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting tasks throughout the day
