We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct patient care in our detox and residential treatment programs. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Tuesday–Saturday
- 3:00pm -11:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate supervision and support to detox and residential clients
- Assist with new client assessments and provide orientation to new clients
- Monitor patient safety and document observations accurately
- Obtain vital signs, conduct basic health screenings, and collect urinalysis specimens
- Assist nursing staff with implementing treatment plans
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control procedures
- Transport clients to appointments or meetings as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, mental health, or healthcare preferred
- RADT or Certified with a DHCS approved provider
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm during crisis situations
