Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Position Summary:
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of qualified healthcare professionals for long-term contract positions. This role screens, interviews, and coordinates candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruit RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health, behavioral health, and healthcare support professionals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Screen candidates for experience, licenses/certifications, availability, shift preferences, and position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate follow-up.
• Partner with HR and Compliance to facilitate credentialing, background screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Develop pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill healthcare positions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics, placements, and time-to-fill.
• Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience; healthcare staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and online recruiting tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions and candidates.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
