What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Patient Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Verify insurance, demographic, and referral information
  • Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, documentation, and services
  • Maintain accurate patient records within electronic healthcare systems
  • Communicate with physician offices, referral sources, and healthcare partners
  • Document patient interactions and follow-up activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduling and intake tasks
  • Support department initiatives and administrative projects
  • Perform general office and clerical duties as needed
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer, data entry, and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment

📍 Manhattan, NY

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work two days per week in our Manhattan office, with the remaining days worked remotely following successful completion of training.

Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential, particularly during training and onboarding.

Compensation

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
