We're building our investment team at RRA Capital and are looking for someone ready to step into a true deal seat — working directly with our CIO to evaluate, structure, and execute multifamily real estate credit investments, and help shape how we invest.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

• Evaluate new multifamily investment opportunities across acquisitions, transitional lending, bridge, and structured credit
• Build and pressure-test underwriting models and deal assumptions
• Structure investments (pricing, leverage, covenants) with a focus on downside protection
• Partner directly with the CIO to assess risk and drive investment decisions
• Serve as a primary voice on multifamily — your read matters and your approval carries weight
• Work across the full lifecycle — from initial screening through closing
  
  

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Has 8-15 years of experience in multifamily real estate investing, credit, or acquisitions
• Has underwritten and closed deals independently — not just supported the process
• Understands both real estate fundamentals and credit risk
• Has been on the equity side, the debt side, or both — we value the cross-lens perspective
• Is ready to take a step up in responsibility, not just make a lateral move
• Is based in Phoenix, AZ — exceptional candidates in other markets are encouraged to apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Base salary commensurate with experience, discretionary performance bonus, and participation in firm economics for the right candidate. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and unlimited PTO.
