Systems Analyst II - Power Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Systems Analyst II - Power Platform based in Brazil.

This role plays a key part in supporting and evolving enterprise low-code business applications built on the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will ensure the stability, security, and usability of business-critical platforms, primarily centered on Dynamics 365 and integrated Power Platform solutions.
The position combines operational support, configuration management, and continuous improvement across production and sandbox environments.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into scalable system configurations and enhancements.
A strong focus is placed on user administration, workflow optimization, and maintaining system integrity through controlled deployments.
You will also contribute to reporting, documentation, and testing activities that support platform reliability and business decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and maintain user access, roles, and business unit structures across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, ensuring secure and efficient platform usage.
  • Support day-to-day platform operations, including incident resolution, business requests, and production issue troubleshooting within agreed service windows.
  • Implement approved configuration changes such as workflows, cloud flows, form updates, business rules, and low-code enhancements across applications.
  • Execute deployments from sandbox to production using Azure DevOps pipelines, including validation and post-release checks.
  • Maintain synchronization between sandbox and production environments to ensure consistent testing and release readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, assess impacts, and translate requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Produce and maintain documentation, training materials, and reporting outputs related to platform usage and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar CRM/low-code platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in application configuration, user administration, security management, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support deployment lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and platforms such as Power BI.
  • Exposure to automation and workflow tools such as Power Automate and experience with DevOps practices is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
