Job Description
D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Concrete Supervisor to oversee and help manage our civil concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising crews and working with concrete. As a Concrete Supervisor at D7 Pneumatics LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead the crew on-site, lay out slabs, and ensure that all operations follow safety and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction crews
- Interpret and read blueprints for layout and project specifications.
- Ensure proper preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete slabs.
- Perform site assessments and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide clear communication with project managers, clients, and crew members.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within project timelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience supervising crews in concrete and dirt work.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience laying out concrete slabs.
- Ability to travel for various job sites as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
