POSITION: Production Associate (non-exempt)
REPORTS TO: Production Team Leader
Food Processing Facility

GENERAL RESPONSIBLILITIES:
Responsibilities include all aspects of production and food safety. This is a safety sensitive position.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Operates and/or cleans bakery machinery.
• Assures quality product is being produced and packaged.
• Reads production schedules and documents counts, weight, size, and time.
• Lifts product repetitively up to 30lbs.
• Maintains work area clean and safe.
• Uses established policies and procedures for safe, efficient production of product.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred. Good math skills required. Available to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
