The position is designed for a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning emerging ideas into successful services.
You will define processes, develop operational frameworks, and create the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will directly influence business expansion and customer value.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an entrepreneurial operations leader who wants to shape the future of a growing organization.

Accountabilities:

The Growth Operations Senior Manager will lead strategic operational initiatives, transforming early-stage programs into scalable services that support customer growth and business objectives. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to build processes, teams, and tools from the ground up.

  • Take ownership of strategic growth programs from initial pilots through full-scale deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Build and operationalize repeatable processes, documentation, and performance standards to support program scalability.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop new service offerings by transforming operational initiatives into commercially viable products.
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to define value propositions, pricing approaches, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure program success and business impact.
  • Design team structures, workflows, and operational models required to support future growth and expansion.
  • Build automation solutions and low-code workflows to improve efficiency and streamline partner experiences.
  • Develop training resources, onboarding materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent execution.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships, market expansion, service improvements, and technology-driven innovation.
  • Support the creation of new growth initiatives by researching opportunities and developing scalable operational strategies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader with a proven ability to build programs from the ground up and scale them successfully. They should be comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver measurable results.

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations management, implementations, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience taking initiatives from concept or MVP stage into scalable, repeatable services.
  • Strong ability to operate as a hands-on builder while developing strategies for future team growth.
  • Experience creating operational processes, workflows, documentation, and performance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience using low-code platforms such as Retool, Airtable, or similar tools to create operational solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-enabled workflows, with the ability to leverage technology to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal teams, external partners, and contractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Flexibility to support operational needs outside standard business hours when required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in parking, property technology, real estate technology, or related operational environments.
  • Background launching programs as standalone products or revenue-generating services.
  • Experience managing contractor, partner, or gig-economy networks.
  • Experience developing sales materials, presentations, or go-to-market resources.
  • Previous experience in early-stage companies or high-growth environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $125,000 – $140,000.
  • Equity opportunities as part of the compensation package.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility.
  • Opportunity to join a growing company at an early and influential stage.
  • High ownership role with direct impact on strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Opportunity to build programs, teams, and operational systems from the ground up.
