Patient Registration & Insurance Verification
Accurately collect demographic and insurance information, verify eligibility, obtain workers' compensation authorizations when applicable, and maintain accurate patient records within the EMR.

Administrative Support
Manage incoming phone calls, collect copays and other patient payments, prepare required documentation, respond to patient inquiries, and support daily administrative operations.

Medical Records & Documentation
Maintain patient charts, process requests for records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accurate documentation practices.

Team Contribution
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while supporting coworkers and contributing to a positive patient experience.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous medical reception, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
• Knowledge of insurance verification, medical terminology, and workers' compensation processes preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and patient-centered service
