Associate Product Manager, Growth

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager, Growth in United States.

In this role, you will join a high-impact growth team focused on shaping how millions of users discover and engage with a leading consumer platform. You will help improve core acquisition and conversion funnels that directly influence business growth and customer outcomes. The position is designed for a strong analytical thinker who is ready to transition into hands-on product ownership in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to identify friction points, design solutions, and ship measurable improvements. The role offers increasing ownership over time, starting with structured product execution and evolving into end-to-end initiative leadership. You will gain deep exposure to A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and growth experimentation. This is a highly collaborative and visible role, with direct interaction with senior leadership and meaningful impact on product direction.

Accountabilities
  • Conduct structured product and funnel analysis to identify friction points across user journeys and improve conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Own user feedback loops by synthesizing insights from support, reviews, and research into actionable product recommendations.
  • Support bug triage and resolution in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Lead scoped product initiatives such as landing pages, feature enhancements, and compliance-related updates, gradually expanding scope and ownership.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ship experiments and optimize product performance through iterative testing.
  • Contribute to A/B testing strategy, experiment design, and data-driven decision-making to improve growth outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and execution plans.
  • Solid analytical ability with comfort using data to validate ideas, evaluate performance, and inform product decisions.
  • Strong user empathy and the ability to understand customer behavior, motivations, and pain points.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • High adaptability and motivation to move from analytical work into full product ownership.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and flexible leave policies
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions (US and Canada)
  • Wellness and mental health support programs
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, product-driven environment with strong career acceleration
