Class A CDL Driver – LTL/FTL Division in Houston, Texas at COFREIGHT INC

UNIS is one of the largest and fastest-growing logistics companies in the industry. We are currently seeking qualified Class A CDL Drivers to join our LTL/FTL Division.

As a Class A Driver with UNIS Transportation, you will be responsible for safely transporting non-hazardous freight across our expanding nationwide network of terminals. This is a Monday–Friday position, with 1st shift start times varying based on delivery and pickup appointments.

• Local routes, may occasionally run a short line from Houston, TX to Roanoke, TX
• Home daily
• Routes and assignments may vary based on operational needs
• Must be flexible operating automatic and manual transmissions

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable DOT/safety record
• Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to meet DOT physical requirements
• No DUI convictions or major driving violations
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Willingness to undergo a background check and provide employment references
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, including:
  • Hours of Service (HOS)
  • Vehicle inspection and maintenance
  • Safe driving practices
